Sales Development Representative
At Paliscope, what you do matters. Together, we support those who fight for justice and help make communities safer and stronger.
The role
As our Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll play a crucial role in identifying, qualifying, and nurturing new business opportunities. You’ll often be the first point of contact for potential customers, ensuring they receive a smooth, professional, and positive experience from day one.
You will support the sales organization by driving lead qualification, coordinating between teams, and helping ensure that prospects and new customers transition seamlessly through their journey. The role is both structured and collaborative, and as Paliscope grows, it will evolve, so adaptability, curiosity and willingness to learn are key.
We’re looking for someone with 1–3 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, customer facing roles or similar roles. Experience with government customers or a background in law enforcement, intelligence, or the military is a plus, but not required. Most importantly, you bring strong communication skills, structure, drive, and a collaborative mindset.
